Supporting Wellbeing

Improving body awareness, brain-body connections, balance, and coordination assists us to live our lives and pursue our passions with less stress and effort and more ease and joy. Efficient, coordinated movement uses less energy. Tools that calm our nervous system and activate whole brain integration allow us to access our full potential.

The goal of this work is to provide people with a toolbox of inner resources and simple, enjoyable movements they can use anytime, anywhere

to improve their brain-body connections and awareness, their balance, coordination and mobility, and to move with ease and joy.

Learn how to move in daily life situations with more safety and surety.

Regain the joy of movement!

I am learning a skill set that helps me focus and organize, balance my day by connecting brain patterns to body needs. It involves awareness and practice of body movements that promote brain/body connections.

Barbara Zimmer

Doing Brain Body Fitness on a regular basis has helped with my alignment and balance. It has enabled me to move with ease, finding the right support, breathing and thought processes to make movements flow and not be strained. I now have a toolbox of exercises I can go to when I have certain aches, stiffness or problems which will help me on a daily basis. Dana is patient and attentive to the needs of the class and makes the classes both beneficial and fun.
