Weekly Advanced Brain Body Fitness
Prerequisites: Brain Body Fitness Levels I &II or Brain Gym® 101 & Movement Exploration I
Length: 1 hour every Wednesday from October 20 – December 15, 2021 (9 classes)
This weekly class provides an opportunity to deepen the embodiment of awareness, balance and coordination skills. The classes include somatic work and Qi Gong, and each one explores a different movement theme.
