PREREQUISITE: Brain Body Fitness Level I

A series of 8, one-hour classes

This program provides people with a toolbox of inner resources and simple, enjoyable movements they can use anytime, anywhere to improve their brain-body connections and awareness, their balance, coordination and mobility, and to move with ease and joy.

Participants learn to move with more ease and efficiency and with more safety and surety in daily life situations.

Brain Body Fitness Level II continues our development of brain-body connections, balance and coordination.

Activities can be adapted for those with limited mobility.
